July 29    Creature Teachers – This program offers kids the opportunity to learn more about a variety of creatures.

August 5   Super Cowtoonist – Guest performer Deb Hamuka-Falkenham offers a hands-on cartooning workshop for kids 4 – 12 and caregivers. Children draw their own cartoons by following along with the cartoon chalk talk and learn just what it takes to be a cartoonist.

August 12  Dragons & Dreams: Fire and Ice – Wouldn’t dragon’s breath be an amazing sight? Sciencetellers offer kids 3 – 15 and caregivers the opportunity to learn about the science of Fire and Ice through a tale of Dragons & Dreams. This spectacular adventure will sweep us away to a world where dragons are real, dreams come true, and onloy the most daring of people will survive to tell the tale.

Stories in the Park

At the Riverview Playground Thursdays in July, from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Join Mrs. Fritsch for a fun hour of stories and entertainment; remember your blanket and sunblock and bring along a friend, too!
