Love Loss and What I Wore
Nora and Delia Ephron’s play based on Ilene Beckerman’s book brings live theater to your local library with M&M Productions. Recently completing a hugely successful 2 ½-year New York run, with off-Broadway performances featuring a rotating cast that included Tyne Daly, Rosie O’Donnell, Samantha Bee, Kristin Chenoweth, Jane Lynch, Rhea Perlman, Rita Wilson and Brooke Shields this is a play of monologues and ensemble pieces about women, clothes and memory. A funny, compelling and touching tale covering all the important subjects—mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses and why we only wear black. Regional M&M Productions, now in its 12th season, is committed to developing quality, live theatre and bringing it into intimate settings. Large and small libraries in the Hudson Valley have long benefited from these amateurs and now they are bringing their talents to Southern CT and beyond. This is a FREE performance with only one showing and seating is limited. At the Plumb on 11/10 at 2PM.
