Yoga for Kids

At the Plumb Library, Monday, August 1st, 1pm-1:30pm.  Miss Maggie of Maggie Taylor Yoga will introduce your child to the practice of yoga in an age-appropriate and positive environment!  This playful yoga class will teach children yoga poses, breathing techniques, and movement games to increase concentration, build strength, and develop flexibility. Please bring a large towel and a yoga mat if you have one (mat is optional).  Limited to 12 children.  Please register at 203-924-9461
