Young Yogis & Yoginis

At the Plumb Library, Monday, July 11, 1pm-1:30pm.  This dynamic and fun yoga class will guide children ages 8 – 12 to feel calm in their hearts, and strong in their bodies!  Miss Maggie of Maggie Taylor Yoga creates a supportive environment while teaching yoga poses, centering/breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.  No experience is necessary!  Please bring a large towel and yoga mat if you have one (mat is optional).
