New Curds on the Block is an all-American cheese shop in Oakville, CT that carries exclusively cheeses made in the Northeast. Cheesemonger owner Kate Truini-Redin works directly with cheesemakers and farmers to source fresh and products to serve to you at peak deliciousness.
