Morning Motion
Find foundational skills and knowledge in this Morning Motion class. This session will be introductions, basic concepts, and tips and tricks for a daily morning movement practice. This will include stretching, basic yoga poses, breathwork, and energy flow techniques that wake up the body at the start of your day. This class is geared towards beginners. Join Shannon in this beautiful practice!
Please bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are provided, but bring your own if you wish! Bring any props you may feel inclined to use during the practice as well.
Instructor Bio: Shannon has been practicing yoga for over five years. Since working at a yoga studio and wellness center in 2021, she knew she wanted to help others physically, mentally, and spiritually. Shannon is Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Reiki Il certified, and is currently pursuing her Reiki Masters certification. Her future prospects include opening a wellness practice of her own. In her free time, Shannon enjoys reading, writing, painting, and being in nature as much as possible.
