Pages from the Pandemic; A Journal of Life in CT During COVID-19.
The Plumb Memorial Library is accepting submissions to our new emagazine, Pages from the Pandemic: A Journal of Life in CT During COVID-19. The magazine is a compilation of perspectives from our community showing how we are responding to the coronavirus outbreak and the resulting changes to our society. We are looking for you – members of our community – to contribute. See below for submission form or contact us at plumbemagazine@gmail.com for further information.
What do we want?
A safe space for people to share their experiences, coping strategies, survival modes, new normal daily routines- the good, bad, sad, angry, frustrated: all emotions are welcomed to be expressed. Reflections of this time/ what have you witnessed/been a part of…share with us.
Why?
Because we are a part of history, whether we like it or not, and our voices are important, our feelings, our experiences, our coping mechanisms all contribute to us telling this story. We are witnessing history in the making and your piece of this is relevant, significant and vital to telling the authentic truth.
