Upcoming Tai Chi Series at Plumb Memorial Library

The Tai Chi Series has been postponed
while there are renovations happening at the Plumb Memorial Library.
Registration begins March 1 and is required. Call 203-924-1580 or Register Online.
Join us for Tai Chi, at the Plumb Memorial Library, with certified instructor Debbie Wooley. Each class will begin and end with a series of warm up and cool down exercises. There is no prerequisite to participate and no equipment is necessary. Participants may be seated during the class if they feel more comfortable.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 9:30am to 10:30am throughout April. Registration is required. Masks available upon request.
