Yin and Sound
Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that combines ancient Asian and Indian philosophy. In this class, grounded poses will be held for 3-5 minutes paired with deep breathing, allowing the fascia tissue of the joints to get a nice stretch. An extended savasana will be enjoyed at the end, accompanied by the calming sounds of singing bowls. This class is designed to be beginner friendly.
Please bring water, a blanket, and any other props you think you may need. Yoga mats are not required, as the library has a set, but bring your own mat if you wish.
